Prado probable scratch #8, wild desert - dutrow Dutrow entered both Wild Desert, who drew post 8 in the $750,000 Foster, and Love of Money (post 10), but said he is likely to scratch Wild Desert. Dutrow said he is inclined to save the colt for the Grade 1, $400,000 Suburban Handicap, a 1 1/4-mile race set for July 1 at Belmont Park. "The owners are leaning that way, too," he said, referring to a partnership headed by Dan Borislow. "Besides, the way Love of Money is training, there aren't too many horses that can beat him when he brings his 'A' game." Last edited by Secretariat : 06-15-2006 at 12:29 PM. |

Seems like a two horse race from the 1/2 mile pole home. This is the time of the year you take the best younger horse facing the best older. Brass Hat over Buzzards Bay with all the rest in thier dust. Then there is the Dubai Flu that might still be bothering Brass Hat.
