Default Zito goes to Giants?

What can you make of this one?...except follow the money and stay in the area that you're most comfortable! 18mill per yr for 7yrs. What are the Mets gonna do Now? And does anyone question Zito about joining what appears to be a non-contender? Interesting.....

Doesnt surprise me at all. Hes a California guy, I knew he wasnt going to NY and I cant blame him! Being young and rich in warm weather just has so much more appeal to it.

Largest deal ever for a pitcher. Wow. Also not surprised because this guy has the potential to be the greatest ever. Hardly ever gets hurt. Doesnt throw hard. Hes as good as pitchers get these days.

Zito stays home!

As for Suppan, St. Louis ship is dying, and Milwaukee is up-and-coming. Cardinals needs to go young and quick. They can't waste time here with the best player in the game currently (Pujols) by not putting anything around him.
