There are so many variables that it is impossible to quantify. But the one thing that stops horses more than anything is pain.

The perfect scenario to explain his legal methods and
why some horses responded to the new regimen, and the others,
the new regimen was not used because nothing needed to be
changed in the first place. They are performing as they should.

So explain away please...

aha, thanks for the info, I will venture to guess all these monster # horses ala motovato will almost all be gone by next year
