Exclamation 4/15 ATR: Andy Beyer ('Picking Winners' at 40), Pletcher, Fernando, Allday

Andy Beyer 11a-12p Wednesday on ATR on the 40th anniversary of the publishing of his seminal 'Picking Winners'..
  • How the book came about and its' surprising reception and success..
  • The origins of figures and demystifying the process.. Their introduction to the DRF PP's..
  • Q&A.. Why do figures change occasionally after they are published? Why 'just' speed and no pace, weight or ground-loss component?
Anything else anyone wants to know!

Questions welcome for Andy here or on twitter.. #Beyerfigs

i listened to the A. Beyer today....quite an intriguing fellow. very informative, he sounds like a nice guy, he could be anyone at the track which was pleasing to hear.

a great interview.

I will catch up on replays tomorrow.

I was wondering if you've discussed the procedure that Frosted had done with Dr. Allday. If so, can you point me in the right direction? Thanks!

Richard.. THX for listening and the kind compliment. He's one of a kind. Having the opportunity to produce conversations with people like Beyer is the single most rewarding part of doing ATR.
