Yes, because taking all the way to the back on the inner track, particularly when you have the 2 hole, is a wise strategy.

Wide open race to me with a very vulnerable favorite IMO. Taking a shot with the 16 which I hope can sit midpack and improve here and come with a big run late.

$200 win #16. Carroll is inept and this one sucked along inside most of her turf race and couldn't stay on right lead when she got clear in the stretch run. But she's worth a bet @ gt 25:1 odds.

Luckily, I cancelled the win bet when her odds dropped to 23:1

And I used to feel sorry for JV whenever he'd have one of his bad spills. This race indicates that he's just a PUNK.
