Just a FYI for you sir I ran a firm with 683 employees for 24 years we had 6 full time compliance lawyers working for us. I dealt with the SEC,DOJ you name it..
Never a blemish on our books..

My numbers won't change for 2015, my new numbers started yesterday for this year.. Really quite simple math sir
