cruz rubio citizenship

just saw a lawsuit has been filed, questioning if cruz is eligible to run for prez.

in the article, it said a suit has also been filed against rubio, who was born in the us, but his parents weren't citizens (as an aside, i find it shocking these two want to ban what both benefit from, birthright citizenship)


but, hasn't this been settled before?

at any rate, the guy who filed this...schwartz. probably hasn't got any standing to file this, so not likely this will go far.
