i understand Stevens was given injections to his hip to ride the BC races.

Why is it legal to juice up a jockey for big races..
a horse can't get a steroid or a painkiller/anti inflammatory for a race ??

is this allowed ?

Racehorses do get painkiller/anti inflammatories for their races.

The DRF used to list it as "B" in its past performances.

The horses are allowed to be treated the day before, not on race day.
