Well, this thread has been most refreshing and it would be nice to have an honestly meter tied into each response. For the interest of all of us that lost money, I'm going to start of thread so BellsBendBoy can post his picks for the next year.

That was we can all make lots of money and CapperZeke can earn enough to buy a bottle of Dom Perion for his Bong.

It sounds like many of us use the "Joe Frazer" approach. It's the 11th round, our heads are bashed in, we can even bring a thought forward, but the bell rings and we're ready for another race.

That would mean you only wager about $40 a week. How many pick 4s do you bet a week and for what size? You must be playing really small pick 4s if you are only betting $40 a week.

I blew about 20 bucks this year up from the 12 I fed the mutuals last year .I dont pay to get in or pay for parking or programs or forms, live 5 mins from the track and I bring my own "liquid" beverage so my coke expendature is about another 30 bucks.
The bonus is I always have a good time...

Honu,
Please sit down before you read this.
I haven't met a "fiscally restrained" woman like you.
Actually, I never dreamed I'd ever come across one.
And being as you love horses, work hard, and don't part with the hard earned bucks.... (DTers ...cover your ears cause it's between her and me)...

Will you marry me?

ps...I'll cover your expendatures.

easy now!!!! you'd be surprised how many women don't fit the 'mold' of what a woman is supposed to be.

Coke expenditure is only $30 a year in California?

No wonder a certain jockey has a problem...

Honu,
I'm not trying to be funny.
Seriously, if you decide to take your tack out of Cali and come to NY, I'd love to meet up with you at Toga.
I really haven't come across a lady like you. (though I've been through a few).
Let's just start out as "friends" and go from there.
