Default June 17 Venue

I'm thinking is has to be Churchill with five pretty nice stakes races:

Fleur de Lis H (G2) BC $200k g 3&up f/m 9f Dirt.
Matt Winn S (G3) $100k g 3yo 8.5f Dirt
Regret S (G3) $100k g 3yo f 9f Turf
Stephen Foster H (G1) BC $500k g 3&up 9f Dirt
Wise Dan S (G2) $200k g 3&up 8.5f Turf

Other ideas?

That's by far the best race card of the weekend. Both the Stephen Foster and the Fleur de Lis are "win and you're in" Breeders Cup qualifiers. As an added bonus, NBC Sports will be providing TV coverage from 8:30 - 10:00 Eastern if that happens to be part of your cable package.

AHHHHHHHHHHH, I love the sound of Breeder's Cup and "win and you're in". Before we know it and lose sight of summer, October breezes will be blowing those leave around taking us back again no matter where you live to one of the greatest two day sporting events of the year.

HEY wait, I've only been in the pool once . . . enjoy summer when we can!!! I'm putting my trunks on, it may hit 100 here in north Texas this weekend.

The Churchill card run into the night. After a strong evening of racing the night ends with two maiden races. Do we really need to include them?

Ending our card after Race 9, the Regret Stakes, would leave me with no regrets. The final two races are both after my bedtime anyway.

Truth be told anything after the 6th is well past my bedtime but then again Don says I'm older than dirt!

The fact that you are older than me seals the "older than dirt" deal . Agree with races 1-9 only and Plenilune will appreciate it as well.
