November 14 for compliance but most processors were ready immediately after the OK 4 weeks earlier.

is it also true that the non complaint processors at the time that were not set up yet but had us file the form would be changed as well? I had a signer under the old rules but the set up at Emerald Downs was not in place yet, but was told not to worry. Am I in the clear?

That's kinda why I was asking. I hit on breeders cup Friday and thought I wouldn't have to claim it but got the letter in the mail from betamerica this week
