Venue for October 9

Entries aren't available yet, but I'm fairly certain that we will be heading to Lexington, Kentucky for part of Fall Stars Weekend, the traditional opening to the Keeneland fall meet. The card will include the Grade 1 Keeneland Turf Mile, Grade 1 Breeders’ Futurity, Grade 1 First Lady, Grade 2 Thoroughbred Club of America, and Grade 2 Woodford. All of these except the Woodford are win and you're in events for the BC.

I'll post the official venue announcement after the entries are drawn on Wednesday, but just wanted to provide an early "heads up".

Entries are available and the Saturday Keeneland card looks as if it should provide a very enjoyable afternoon at the races and a good contest venue. Let's play the full 11 race card, which begins at 1:00 PM Eastern time.
