The Sam F. Davis looks chalky to me with Z Humor and Wise Answer the two most likely winners by far. I just think the outside horse dramatically hurts the Zito horse who won't be able to walk through the early stages on the lead like he did in his last two.

Seems like pace ought to mean something here and it looks to me like an awful lot of runners here are going to want the lead. Smooth Air and Z Humor look like stalkers that will wait for these front running types to spend themselves. Interesting that Coa jumps from the 1 to the 6.

Lear's Princess showed a ton of guts overcoming the sluggish pace at a distance probably less than ideal for her. She'll be okay this year.

Good race though, from both of them, coming off 4 months break. Would love to see them both stay healthy for the rest of the year. Edit...she has never raced 1 1/16thon dirt. I love how people bold things in responses to jib/jab. Just because a horse wins at a certain distance, doesn't mean it's their ideal distance. I think she's better going 9 furlongs or more.
