You see that late daily double? I'd like to believe jocks don't matter, but they do. When P. Val-T. Baze emotional types are in the zone, they are very tough. So, I guess that means most jocks probably aren't getting the absolute potential a horse has to give. With the 2 jocks mentioned, it's mainly an ability to stretch out speed. Do I think Amir Cedeno would have won the last two races on those horses? No. Would Pedroza? Maybe....T. Baze is a very up n' down rider. When he is good, he is very good. It's too bad he can't ride that way all the time.
