I was sitting in the $600.00 seats Sunday. It looks like they painted all the seats in the grandstand and Santa Anita always looks great.

I went for the last BC at Santa Anita and it was easy to get where ever you wanted to be, but it looks like they are going to try and restrict the movement of general admission patrons to the paddock gardens, ground level floor, grandstand apron, and the dungon.

I cant seem to make up my mine this year. I would only go as General admission. I'm too cheap to spend the money for a grandstand seat.

I'm going to be at the BC and will be at SA from Wed-Sat.

My seats on Fri/Sat are in Section M, Row 21, Seats 105-107.

Hope to see some of you there!

I've been to 2 BC's out at Santa Anita and although both times had great seats (First time was in the Turf Club ) but would still much rather be parked on my couch with my "comfy" clothes and a bowl of Cheese dip

For all that are going...Have a great time and try to get there early one a.m. to watch the workouts ect. if possible.. Nothing like having those mountains as a backdrop as the horses go galloping by...

(If anyone see's John Sheriff, tell him "Frenchy" said "Hi")

"one a.m" = One morning

They should be letting the public in but they may not the morning of the race (most likely not) You can always call and find out if they are allowing people to go to Clockers Corner or not. Track opens at I believe 5 a.m for training, but they will be closing the track for training early on Breeders Cup a.m.

You're going to love it. Santa Anita is my favorite. I will be there Friday hanging out in the low rent district.

Your going to think you have died and gone to heaven Ron
Absolutely GORGEOUS racetrack and so much history there..Wait until you see the Seabiscuit statue in the paddock..

Oh! and if you like Japanese food..There's a GREAT place in Monrovia called Tokyo Lobby..Get the "boat"

I don't need to tell you to have a wonderful time, for thats pretty much a given once you step off the plane. Try to go see Steve while your there too!
