Default C Nak has finally arrived

.....cause he is on TMZ!!!

Famous Jockey Has Serious Race Issues
Posted Jan 22nd 2009 3:40AM by TMZ Staff

One of the world's most famous jockeys is more pissed than a race horse -- claiming he's been saddled with an unfair suspension for allegedly trying to screw up a race.

Corey Nakatani was suspended for three days after a January 15th race at Santa Anita in which he allegedly "failed to put forth his best effort to maintain a straight course" -- in other words, he's accused of intentionally trying to cut off another horse.

Now, Nakatani has filed a lawsuit against the California Horse Racing Board claiming the ruling is total horse s**t -- and that his suspension is "illegal, erroneous, not in the best interest of racing, and violates [Nakatani's] right to pursue his livelihood."

Nakatani is asking the court to issue a stay of the board's ruling, pending a hearing, so Nakatani may continue to race. His suspension is scheduled to begin Friday -- this might be a photo finish.

Grew up in Covina(myself in West Covina.) We both have smoggy brain damage. Gryder is from West Covina too(note the no-nonsense interview answers.) Not exactly the giddy interview responses from say Bejarano(smiley boy.)

Hey, I lived most of my life in West Covina!

Weird.

Were you unfortunate enough to attend WCHS?

Yea, but that was before they closed Edgewood High School. South Hills High got almost all rich kids. West Covina High got a little bit of everything, and Edgewood got mainly unteachables. Then, they closed Edgewood, and sent those fine students to WCHS. I'm sure it took a toll on WCHS.

All Nakatani has to do to WIN his case is show a few replays of Sutherland HERDING in the lane. SA-01-19-08_R4, would be a nice recent example of Chantal INTENTIONALLY getting her horse to come out and take the path of a competitor.

If the stewards allow her to herd at will, why would they give him days for 'essentially' doing the same thing?

Nakatani can't ride for **** but, at least, he not an idiot when it comes to the obvious.

Wasn't it C NAK that gave up 2nd place position(late in a race) at Hollywood. Remember, on that horse called Meteor(I think.) All in an effort to get the 1st place horse taken down. The stewards said fk off(stop selling,) and kept C NAK 4TH. That was hilarious. Mr. Smoggy Brain himself.

We overlap for one year(and it wasn't in the mid 80's.) Depressing talking about it. Even that brat KANYE WEST is over 30. Time is so slipping into da future.

I had a crush on that Spanish teacher(Miss Caterranichio.....Miss Cat.) She always touched me on my back n' shoulder. Every chance she got. She was pretty cute. Remember her? She was single. Got to be about 65 or so now. I didn't learn that much in that class(too distracted.)

Yeah, I remember her.

I wasn't touched by too many teachers. I do remember the geometry teacher though, Mr. Teresa, hugging every big tittied girl he could.

The classes I found most amusing were physics and chemistry. Both teachers would from time to time show up blitzed. There's nothing quite like your chem teacher sitting there hammered out of his mind looking up cheerleaders skirts while reciting Mary had a little lamb.

Speaking of whacked out people. Since you graduated in 81, did you know Steve Remba? I think he graduated your year or the year after.

Now, my favorite teachers were Porter and Meatswinger. I used to run bets out to SA and HP for them!

I think Bejarano is mildly retarded.

Myself, and Steve Remba graduated in '82. Yea, I knew him. Last I heard, Remba was incarcerated. For a while, his girlfriend was C NAK'S sister.

Yeah, he was one class away from graduating law school and then did that crazy thing that he did that put him away for a couple decades.

He was the most crazed gambler I ever met or knew. Did you go to the races back then?
