I agree. Thats why I dont do vouchers. I strictly bet with cash and keep it in my front pocket so the likelihood of anyone getting it is slim and none.
How about the guys at the track and OTB that always ask to borrow money? Talk about no morals. "Nice to see you, whats it been, a year? Can I borrow $50, my atm card isnt working".

Last race of this past Saratoga meet I go to the window and this guy that was ahead of me walks away really quickly leaving behind a ticket which I now have in my hand. I look at it, its a $250 win ticket, twice, on which horse I didnt really remember. I get out of line and yell to the guy and give him his ticket. I get back in line and bet $160 win on "D Money". Y'all know how this ends and what my point is. Do the right thing.

try working as a teller and accidently handing back the wrong change on a busy saturday. think you will see that money back? not
and you as the teller are responsible for the loss on the till.

One time at Windsor Raceway I walked away and left my voucher with about $700 on it. A few minutes later and after walking to the other side of the building I realized it. Went back to the machine nothing. Was in a panic walking around, checking the floor, looking in pockets. All of a sudden a guy walks up to me and says "did you leave a voucher in the machine". This guy was a just a patron. I told him yes and there was a lot on it. He says he saw me looking nervous and thought it might have been me who left it.
Can't believe how lucky I was and that there was actually an honest person at the track that day. I gave him $100. He didn't want to take it until I kept insisting.
