I was thinking Ausable Chasm was the dams name.... I think that is a great NY/Adirondacks reference. Very cool.

is it just me, or does her facial marking look somewhat like one of the CDI spires? is the name 'aspire' taken?

Yes... he ran 2nd in the Hopeful and 3rd in the Champagne, and 2nd last in the BCJ this year. Should rebound for the derby trail.
