Shug McGaughey and Randy Romero on Personal Ensign; Assemblyman Pretlow

Shug and Romero were terrific recounting Personal Ensign, and Assemblyman Pretlow brings you up to date on the 1 year moratorium period for a real plan to be worked out on NYC OTB. In the meantime, these thieves will get a 15% break in their statutory handle payments to NYRA and the NY breeders development fund, a vile situation that rewards NYC OTB's incompetence in the short term.

Pretlow did reveal in his visit that the state will 'make good' on their obligations to NYRA however and would ease the ridiculous shortfall ($700,000/month) being allowed by this short term deal for NYC OTB.

Hopefully this is just another step down the plank to put that parasitic NYC OTB out of their misery once and for all .
