This won't help pick the winner but if the track comes up wet the Mr. Prospector line is as good as any to choose from. The number following the sire line indicates how far removed the derby entrant is from that sire. Mine That Bird made it two out of the last four years that the RAN curse was broken and was the first of many "top and bottom" Raise A Native's to contend the derby in years to come.

He was the only horse of note I could find from that line

I don't. If I consider him then I have to look at 15. I didn't consider MTB, but in no way do I regret tossing him completely.
