Churchill Downs Handicap - Warrior's Reward, Musket Man, Munnings are expected, I'm not sure who else.

Distaff Turf Mile - Tizaqueena is the defending champ, I'm sure she'll be back and I don't know who else.

Eight Belles - Hot Dixie Chick looms a prohibitive favorite.

Humana Distaff - Informed Decision is supposed to be in the field along with Warbling, who recently won the Inside Information at Gulfstream.

Woodford Reserve - Loup Breton is supposedly running along with General Quarters and potentially Nicanor.

Nicanor in the Woodford Reserve off a 5th in an allowance?

Lentenor has a better shot.

What happened to Proviso?

I was surprised to see Nicanor named in Marty McGee's article as well.

Mott gave Proviso about six weeks off. She posted her 2nd workout since the Kilroe on the 21st.

Those inner horses are killers.....don't ya know.

I really hope he runs well but it's hard not to worry about his missing the Carter.

He's had a steady diet of nice works since 3/27 . Last raced in an electrifying win over Custom For Carlos in the 117th Toboggan on 3/6. Will he like the CD surface ?

Default Nicanor ?

does ANYONE on here think that the Allow race was a race to "knock the rust off" of this horse and that the Woodford was the goal? i thought that this horse was semi talented when he was running last year and from what i saw, and im not an expert, the allow race is just what they shoudl want as the horse pressed pretty good fractions and got expectedly tired at the end. Any thoughts/opinions appreciated b/c i was kinda thinking of betting on this horse on Sat depending on weather, odds etc.

Mr. Nightlinger's busy at stud. I think he's standing for $1,500 in TX this year.
There is the CD Turf Sprint on the Friday undercard.
