this just in .......THE KENTUCKY DERBY HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO ABNORMAL PARANOIA......don't bother watching, betting or going.....its spring and it may rain!!!!!!!!!

They didn't cancel the BC in Monmouth.

If that was any card beside the BC or Haskell for that matter (cause the storm that came through last year was ferocious, but thankfully stopped around time of the race), they would have been canned.

thats a good point ronnie and i was talking with my wife about that last night. I forgot how much rain Mon. got hit with but i remember it being a real mess. Just hate to see big days get hit with bad weather. The way they are tlaking now it almost sounds like they are expecting 4-6 inches of rain possible on Fri night/Sat and thats not a typo on my part. I mean damn what if there is just no way to get the rain off the track? its rained so much here in lville the past couple of days i wonder if there is anywhere for that much rain to go.
