Claiming?

I am new to this but I assume the $40k tag makes a claim highly unlikely in this case. Is that a fair assumption?

Dueled and faded. He had brief speed but was done on the turn. A dissapointing effort.

Not sure why he was on that pace in a four horse duel, 22:1 and 45? Ouch!

Tony and susan are very disappointed and perplexed by RBKs flat effort. He has been working too well recently so todays effort was especially frustrating. Tony said he broke sharp and did all his early running on his own without asking. Unfortunately he could not offer any further constructive explanation. RBK appeared to come back OK. I will head back to the barn in a bit to check in on him. Pictures will be posted later.
