Default SAT - AP (Million Preview Day) R4-R11; CNL Stakes

I couldn't come up with Pocket Miss ($28.40) in the 7th yesterday in the PK4 sequence that paid pretty well considering the logical other winners.

Huge day at Arlington Park on tap today. I'll be unable to make any changes as I'm heading to AP early. In addition, Colonial Downs biggest day can not be dismissed as the summer racing really cranks up.

Arlington Park

R4 – ILB MSW 29k

#1 Flores Entry (#1A Thewayitusedtobe) WON
#6 Peso
#8 Twello 4TH
#7 Next Kitten

R5 – Clm 10k N2L

#12 Colonel Klink – Expecting him to revert to being forwardly placed as Chuck Simon adds the hood. The drop to the claiming ranks for the 1st time adds to the appeal. The 10-1 ML is off and be happy with 4-1.
#10 Born Supreme
#9 Hancho WON
#4 Kokomo Gypsy

R6 – Clm 16k (Turf 8F)

#6 Road Track’s Dream WON
#4 Miss Doctor Ty
#2 Robin My Girl
#5 Hunters Cove 4TH

PK3 – 1 6 7 8 / 12 / 4 6 = $8

R7 – G3 Modesty Handicap (Turf 9.5F)

#6 Rainbow View – Looks to follow Tuscan Evening and put her away late. 4TH
#2 Tuscan Evening (Ire) – Cali invader will play catch me if you can. WON
#3 Hot Cha Cha – Former G1 winner has to be considered for all slots. 3RD
#4 Askbut I Won’ttell – Block having a fantastic meet and this runner is worth inclusion in multi wagers.

R8 – G2 American Derby (Turf 9.5F)

#3 Marcello – Has been training locally for return to the races for new barn (Catalano). Look for Nakatani to have him in a good stalking position and his best race was on the turf in the G3 Generous at SA. Great Value.
#7 Workin for Hops – Gutsy runner will be hard to deny late. WON
#8 Gleam of Hope – G3 winner doesn’t need a hot pace to deliver his late kick. 3RD
#2 Asphalt – Has been competitive versus some tough foes, but doesn’t seem to get over the hump. Leparoux knows him and could lull them to sleep on the front end.

R9 – G3 Arlingon Handicap (Turf 10F)

#9 General Quarters – Proven customer seems to adjust to any surface and it would be no surprise to see him in the winner’s circle.
#7 Marsh Side – Tried the pro ride at SA with little success this winner, but the return to the lawn could wake him up in a big way. 4TH
#2 Just as Well – Defending champ needs a good trip for his best, but a contender nonetheless. 2ND
#4 Cross Village – Should handle the longer distance and don’t overlook at a huge price.

PK3 – 2 3 4 6 / 2 3 7 8 / 7 9 = $32

R10 – OC 40k / N2X

#6 Mam Bird WON
#2 Liberty Bull 3RD
#1 Big Rushlet 2ND
#10 Capt. Bullet Bob

R11 – Clm 30k (Turf 5.5F)

#2 Atticus Kristy 2ND
#5 Maneke WON
#7 Trying Brian 3RD
#3 Ashtonofun

PK4 – 2 3 7 8 / 2 7 9 / 6 / 2 5 = $ 24

Colonial Downs

R11 – G3 Virginia Oaks (Turf 9F)

#5 Kilmore Quay (Ire) 2ND
#8 Check the Label WON
#1 Jungle Tale
#3 Midway Holiday 4TH

R12 – G2 Virginia Derby (Turf 10F)

#7 Paddy O’ Prado WON
#2 Krypton 3RD
#8 Stately Victor
#3 Interactif 2ND

Good Racing Luck

PB, Workin For Hops is as game as can be, but I just feel Marcello has some upside potential on the turf. I'm not as exicited about Mint Chip as others.
Good luck today.
