I had the 7. I'm happy for you, Steve.

At least I'm saving my teeth.

Thx guys... Only bet W/P but sets a great tone. Funniest sidebar just happened as Dontsellmyland's trainer Kerry Metiver stopped at the Barbecue to introduce himself! He's 'Kerry from Saratoga' that calls the show! Amazing. He's beside himself. The story of how Leparoux got the mount will entertain you later...

Rain is brutal. Driving steady now.

Even though Steve sniffed it out, here's a good quote from Crist about the winner in the opener:

"1:30 pm: Julien Leparoux rode the $449.50 early double of Dontstealmyland ($48.60) and Kathern's Kitten ($17.20). The former, a Suffolk Downs shipper, is a 4-year-old gelded son of Badge and a Robyn Dancer mare, and was tough to like unless maybe your wife's name is Robin and your first dog was named Badge. Oh wait, that would be me."
