What does "O" mean in results?

So I'm looking at the results for that God awful "race" in the Czech Republic (yes I'm being unfair. Couldn't care less... I think it's sickening. Sorry for not being perfect AND for being a hypocrite i suppose).

I guess the good news is that half the field finished, huh?

Anyway I was wondering if anyone knows what "O" (it's before those who fell / were pulled up) means.

if its the number - it usually means unplaced and they havent been bothered to find out the full finishing order.

if its the letter, it means "ran out" as in they ran off course... (I think this is the case)

No worries, for the second version, if you check up the form of Our Vic on racingpost, you will see a version of "O" in his 6th last race when his conditional rider, Danny Cook took the wrong course at Cheltenham.

The race from Pardubice definitely looks like the first version and dont be slagging off that race.. It is on my list of races to go but mainly because you can spend the weekend in the fabulous city of Prague

I know you want to go to this... I think there was once a death race thread and you weren't thrilled with me for being disgusted but sure a weekend in Prague is understandable.

Apparently he (Amant Gris) won it two years ago and was dq'd.
