How do you get GOOD PPs without SSN

I want to get good PPs (beyond DRF) like Brisnet or the Wagering Guide from Xpress bet. But, both appear to require you to provide your social security number. Does anyone know how to get either of these two without giving out my social security number?

If you would of disposed of the bodies properly then this would be a moot issue.
