Without knowing the details - It sounds like Gulfstream simply needs to fire an employee or two - or start serving up fat fines to trainers.
Freddy, HANA (AKA Pace Advantage posters - a few writers - and a big bettor or two) has nothing to do with that. They can't even prevent an insane takeout hike in California - and now they're supposed to be able to fire Gulfstream Park employees or issue horsemen fines?
