Wouldn't it be nice to stop doing that? I'm all for it. You want to keep paying for people with no insurance, go right ahead.

What will happen when your insurance company carries a few million more healthy people? Your rates will go down. What will happen when sick people buy insurance? They will pay more than well people. Like now.

Your assumption that all the 40 million who are currently uninsured in this country are riskier or sicker than you has no basis in reality.

Again I'm fine with where I am now though on anticipation of Obamacare my premiums have gone up almost 15%.

Why not form some sort of private co-op health care system where everyone pitches in according to what their able to pay and nothing else. See how that works. Put a grocery and apartment complex nearby with the same business plan and show us republicans how great that life is.

You should be happy that the rules covering your insurance company gouging you for profit will become stricter in the next year.

You make a good point - you are fine with what you have (Good thing it won't change, except your costs will decrease)

So why are you trying so hard to keep other people from buying health insurance, and having all our costs go down?

Please go read the PPACA and learn what's in it. Pay a little attention to the concept of exchanges. They might be a little too purely capitalistic for your taste, though.

Give everyone an opt out option. Capitalism and Freedom at the same time. In fact do the same with SS. Let me opt out and pay me back what I've paid in with NO INTEREST. I'm all good with that.

Opt out of what?

If you ever learn what "Obamacare" is, let me know I'm sure you'd be upset to learn it's already "in service", and you are suffering under much of it right now!
