I know, I know, we've heard it before but the senators have all said they'd like a decision by the end of this week . And the senator repping Belmont area said Aqueduct needs to be resolved before Belmont can be presented as a gaming venue as well .

watching it now...pretty impressive! Connecting the subway directly to AQU...and boy do the politicians they have their sound like a bunch of idiots. The Genting group are all professional. Sounds like the NYS guys have no clue on what even to ask! This guy Eric Adams in the middle of the panel who is asking the questions regarding table games gambling! Food courts look great! Buffets...like cruise lines to attract more customers...maybe even people on long layovers from JFK!

I was pretty negative on Genting (mostly because I was not in favor of a foreign company getting the bid) until I actually did some research on them. They are a TOP NOTCH entertainment operator, consistently ranked the best in the Far East.

They deserve the contract and I hope these clowns trying to steer the project to their buddies don't f*ck it up.
