9th: 13th Dr. James Penny Memorial H., F&M-3+, 8.5f-T (DD)
Excellent edition of this race which may find a number attached to it next year based on this group. Idea to make money here is beating the underlaid entry and high profile Motion runners.. Best Value: #2 Strike the Bell 12-1 Next Best: #5 Daveron 7-2 Exotics Use: #3 Desert Sage 9-2

I'd like to see Check the Label in a race where she is not spotting the field 6lbs or more.

From brisnet.com
Under a ground-saving ride from Eddie Castro, Team Valor International's DAVERON (Ger) (Black Sam Bellamy) split rivals turning for home and drew off as much the best in Monday's $200,000 Dr. James Penny Memorial H. for fillies and mares at Parx Racing. The winning margin was 2 1/4 lengths for the 9-2 fourth choice, who finished 1 1/16 miles on the firm turf in 1:43 1/5. Trained by Graham Motion, Daveron was a listed winner in her native Germany and has now won three additional stakes since her importation. Her first black-type success in the U.S. occurred in the Scoot S. at Belmont Park last October, and she returned to that venue on May 7 to garner the laurels in the Beaugay S. (G3). Her career record now stands at 15-6-3-1, $337,642
