Fagedaboudit Gal
Fagedaboudit Gal is a 6-year-old, bay mare who was found in the feedlot of a central NJ auction. No one had bid on her, and if she wasn't picked up soon, she would be waiting for her ride to the slaughter house. ReRun received a phone call alerting us too this situation. One of her former trainers who paid her purchase price and was immediately picked her up from the auction and brought her to our rehab foster farm.
This horse just ran a few months ago and shows works in june. How does this happen? What transpired after 6-28 for this horse to end up being sent to slaughter? http://www.equibase.com/premium/eqbH...001®istry=T Should these people held responsble in any way? They were the last known connections. f'n embarrassing. Connections as of last start: Trainer: Gregory D. Sacco Owner: Michael A. Sacco Breeder: Mary Jo Herbert
