Visit Belmont Park - 10/11/11?

I am flying into to EWR next Tuesday at noon and wondering if Belmont Park is open to the Public. I know the track is dark but would love to see it in person. Are there tours or an OTB inside the track?

Thank you for any information you can share. I can not access NYRA from work due to barracuda.

The Belmont Cafe is open which will have simulcasting from 11:30 am to 6 pm and you can see the track itself from there.

I would look for the guy with the Scat Daddy hat on.
