Default Trivia question

The 1999 Penn State defense -- coached by the legendary defensive coordinator (and now infamous pedophile) Jerry Sandusky in his final year -- played against 3 different starting QB's that season who all went on to throw TD passes in NFL Super Bowl victories.

Name the three 1999 Big 10 starting QB's who all would later go on to throw TD's in Super Bowl wins.

Brady and Brees are easy. No clue on the third.

Antwaan Randle El would be the tricky one. I can do brain surgery with Google.

Correct. 7 teams in the Big 10 finished the season ranked that year -- and Ohio State was not one of the 7.

Randle El was 2nd team All Big 10 QB. Brees was 1st team.

Here are the stat lines for each against Penn State's defense:

Brees: 31-for-48 -- 379 yards -- 2 TD's 1 INT
Randle El: 11-for-23 -- 204 yards -- 2 TD's 1 INT
Brady: 17-for-36 -- 259 yards -- 2 TD's 3 INT

Miami finished the year ranked 15th -- the Hurricane QB Kenny Kelly went 11-for-21 -- 160 yards -- with 1 TD and 4 INT's.

Saban's Michigan State team finished the year ranked 7th. The Spartan QB went 8-for-24 -- 73 yards -- 0 TD and 2 INT's.

They shut out 13th ranked Texas A & M in the bowl win. A & M's QB went 13-for-22 --105 yards -- 0 TD and 4 INT's.

Big 10 Football is now garbage it would seem.
