Cry after reading Jerardi's article in the DRF about the declining Beyer figures?

I think its sad. I got a bit emotional. I remember the good old days when Quality Road was running 120's and Eskendereya was about to run 120's. I miss those days man.

you should have followed racing in the 90's!! Skip Away, Formal Gold, Cigar... and there were actually awesome horses from out West in those days. loved me some Siphon and Gentlemen!

shoot, I wish I was around for the real good old days when horses would still win the triple crown and you'd have animals like Spectacular Bid and John Henry.

the good ol days Grade 2 and 3 caliber handicap horses would be in the 110-115, now horses winning the Grade 1 races in the country barely touch those figures

Why, so he could have doomed those horses as well?

Indian C, made me think of all those great 3 yr olds who were retired to stud during this time. Maybe had they raced on we would of seen those Beyers

I know all about horse racing from 95 and on. I was a legend at 7 years old.
