Woods shot a 68 (-4) in the first round at Pebble Beach. He's tied for 15th.

I think today will be a great day to watch golf, and could be a good day for TW. He's only 4 back, may be fun!

I wish him the best... Would be great to see him start winning again no matter I feel about his lack of integrity. He still can be a great golfer again one day. I don't think that natural talent just goes away.

This would be true if it wasn't going to be a 6 hour round. Wi is really a slow player, hard to watch.

True, Wi is ridiculously slow.........but playing for a lot of $$$ is understandable. Interesting pairing for Woods, I think Phil has issues (health of family or otherwise), and get a feeling his best days may be behind him, will wait and see. Today is all about the putter, and if TW gets it going........well..........

Watching Tiger implode under pressure never gets old.

True! He was vanned off in two of his last three, now runs away with it! Making EVERY putt and TW can't buy one (save the bunker shot). Phil is much the best today, and looks like he's having a real good time. Woods looks like he's shoveling coal..........
