Don't worry, Axelrod has weighed in on the Illinois Republican primary. Great choice of words.

Seriously? The word "blitzkreig" cannot be used? How about "they attacked like the beaches at Normandy"? Is that off limits, too?

You don't think the word "Blitzkrieg" has a bad connotation? Or at least ironic coming from the guy who said we've had a "coarsening of political culture" in terms of words that are used? He's a hypocrite.

The propaganda and strong language is being ramped up. Race baiting is on the cable news channels 24/7. Russian troops are supposedly now in Syria. France has what seems to be a hired professional capping minorities.

It's on. The year of chaos.

Bad connotation? Not any more than "Normandy" does.

What utter absurdity. Blitzkrieg is a WW2 term for Axis army attack method. Is it akin to comparing someone to Hitler? Not in the least. It's not been an uncommon term at all. It's talking about Romney's heavy-duty attack method.

Good lord. That blog is an absolutely pathetic attempt to diss Axelrod with a beyond absurd attempt to paint a word as meaning something it doesn't.

Oh: and that blogger, aside from purchasing a dictionary, should probably go figure out Axelrod's religion. Duh.
