Does anyone know what the Minimum bets will be for the Derby?

I assume you mean the exotic selections. Last year they had $.50 tri, super, P4. I believe P3 was $1 buck, along with exactas. $2 bucks on the P6.

NOTE: Trifecta and Superfecta wagering on all races that qualify under Kentucky statutes. Daily Double and Super High-5 wagers are $1 minimum straight bets. On Oaks Day and Derby Day the Superfecta is a $1.00 minimum wager. Trifecta, Pick-3, Pick-4 and Pick-5 wagers are $.50 minimum straight bets. The Pick-6 is a $2 minimum wager. The Exacta is a $2.00 minimum straight bet with $1.00 boxes and wheels.

agreed. I was live going into the derby with 16 of 19 horses covered. Animal Kingdom was not one of them.

I would call myself the pick 3 king. At this point its basicley the only bet I make. An occasional double, pick 3 or win bet... But the pick 3 is about 95% of my handle. I have an uncanty ability to toss out overbet favorites and make big things happen.

Go to equibase.com, click on results, at the bottom of the drop down menu is a choice called "historical charts".
