Default Belmont seating

Need some advice. We are heading to Belmont from IL for our first Belmont stakes. We are going to buy tickets on Stubhub in the next day or two. For those of you that have been in the past do you prefer second floor grandstand or third floor grandstand? Thanks

I've always thought the higher the better there. The 2nd floor at Belmont was a mess the day of the Big Brown TC try, 3rd floor was a bit less chaotic, save the bathroom incident.

I agree, the higher the better IMO. You can get a great view high up at Belmont and because the track is so huge you see better higher up.

Belmont is so freaken huge, i would say as long as your in the middle of the grandstand, your ok.I would prefer the 2nd floor to the 3rd. Saw many a race at that joint over the years, even Secretariat....
either way, have a great time, i am sure you will!
