Default Wisconsin debate tonight Walker-Barrett

CNN is airing the second and last debate live, 9:00pm eastern, between Rep. recalled governor Scott Walker, running to keep his seat, and Dem challenger Tom Barrett, who lost to Walker in the original election.

The previous debate can be viewed daily on CSpan.org (schedule there). Tonights debate will not be on CSPAN

Barrett is expected to hit Walker again hard on his FBI John Doe investigation, the investigation that has already resulted in 15 felony and misdemeanor counts, and plea bargains in exchange for protection, to multiple members of Walker's previous office staff (seated just feet from him in the office). Walker maintains he didn't have a clue what they were doing all day at work at computers located literally just feet from him in the same office.

Scott Walker trying to secretly cut teacher pay by nearly 1/3, and prevent unions from collective bargaining. This is in reference to Act 10, that Walker said wouldn't harm teachers.

This blatantly lying "Republican Rock Star" corporate-owned tool may not make it intact to the recall election vote on Tuesday! Looks like everything is starting to blow up in his face - even though the FBI said it would hold off on John Doe investigation information until after the election.

Quote:
Later in the memo, they clearly lay it out (see graph in link above).

The "average single base wage" in Option 3 or the "status quo" will go from $56,302.57 to $38,822 in Option 1 (the one that Walker chose). That means on average, the average base wage will drop by 31.1%-- a huge hit to a teacher pay that is already below the national average.

There you have it in the Walker camp's own words: The intention of this rule was to make collective bargaining impossible by pushing the bargaining ceiling for salaries 31.1% below what teachers are being currently paid.

Default Whoops ... even GOP admits bad Wisconsin job numbers

BREAKING: DWD Secretary Reggie Newson Orders Bad Job Numbers Hidden Until After Election

May 31, 2012 by Nicole Desautels Schulte

A source in the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development (DWD) has revealed the DWD Secretary Reggie Newson has ordered staff not to discuss new and disappointing data on jobs in Wisconsin until after the June 5th election

Reggie Newson’s assistant, Laurel Steinmeyer, said that Newson was “traveling to Milwaukee” and was unavailable for comment, and would not comment herself.

Asked directly for a comment, DWD spokesman John Dipko refused to answer and said he would follow up “later today.”

He has not followed up, nor have any members of the DWD Media Relations Department returned any calls asking for comment.
Looks like CNN isn't carrying the debate live - but this local TV station is at 10:00pm eastern, 9:00pm central:
