![]() Well, not really a secret, because that Big Pharma, etc. were involved came out back when they were working on various health care reforms in 2009. Of course the insurance company and pharmaceutical lobbyists were part of the healthcare discussions. Progressives were mad, back in 2009, that lobbyists were talking to the White House re: healthcare reforms.
Obamacare is a pure Republican plan, created in the 1990's, as a response alternative to Democratic Clinton attempts for single payer, by the Heritage Foundation in association with the insurance and pharmaceutical companies. In fact, the ideal of the "individual mandate" is a pure insurance company request, to get them more customers. That's why liberals and progressives think so little of Obamacare. Alot of it still helps insurance companies. But it's funny to watch the GOP pretend Obamacare has nothing to do with them.

![]() It's equally funny to watch libtards completely derail the discussion regarding corporate collusion with the criminal in chief away from the topic at hand into healthcare.
Truth is Obama has never seen a dollar bill he didn't like - including the 7500 of them he gleefully took from Bain, then out of the other side of his mouth bashed them, THEN had the complete lack of conscience, morality, and simple humanity in judgement to return the money. But then again, hypocrisy has been a running theme with this creep for as long as he's inhabited the White House [/Obama Derangement Syndrome] errr... Reality |

![]() Secret? LOL - hardly. It was in the news at the time.
Oh - and here it is in Jonathan Alter's non-fiction book about the first year of the Obama administration: "Part of the deal was that the industry would pay for the media to build public support for the plan" ... etc., etc. with several pages of the deep, dark "secret" details as outlined above. (two pages of detail about Pfizer, Big Pharma involvement in the creation of the Affordable Care Act, p. 251-253, "The Promise - President Obama, Year One" by Jonathan Alter published 2010. Quote:

![]() So aside from the obvious deflections, does this fall under hope, change or transparency?
