Pretty solid call so far, Doc. I know it's early, but 65 is an awfully good start.

Against my own self-serving interests I am hoping for some real "Open" weather, and the struggles that will follow. In the local golf course pool I have Woods, Scott, Z Johnson, McDowell and a couple others in a best 4 of 6 format, but I still hope for the traditional crap they usually have to play in. I have Donald, Harrington, and Van Pelt backing up theses picks, and only have Donald because Karlsson scratced at the gate. Kaymer blew the break, as did Rose, so maybe Jacobson or Molinari can get me in the winner's circle.......

Should be plenty of drama tomorrow, with Scott and Woods in the last group.

Very happy they aren't paired together. Now we won't have to hear all the bullsh*t that was sure to come.

How about Tom Watson holing a 35 foot birdie on 18 to make the cut?

Definitely tough to watch. Feel bad for Scott. He is too good of a player not to have a major. With that said, big Ernie fan. The guy clearly still has game and oozes with class and grace.
