I met him while playing craps at The Palms in Vegas about 7-8 years ago... This one hammered buddy of mine kept calling him Jerry until one of his entourage came over, looking like he was going to knife all of us right then and there - he just calmly said "it's Joey" and walked off.

Nobody said a word at the table after that.
