Default Questing Retired

Questing Retired

Quote:
Questing, the champion three year old filly in America in 2012, has been retired. The daughter of Hard Spun won the Grade One TVG Coaching Club American Oaks and the Grade One Alabama Stakes at Saratoga last season. She had a minor chip successfully removed from a hind ankle earlier this winter, but has developed a lingering case of pneumonia while preparing for a return to training.

Trainer Kiaran McLaughlin called Questing's nine length victory in the Alabama Stakes "one of the most impressive performances I have ever witnessed." It was the fastest running of that race since 1990.

Bred in England by Darley, Questing will join the American broodmare band of Sheikh Mohammed, where she is scheduled to visit Bernardini.

Perhaps Crazy Fingers Cedeno stole his phone during his corn row session and typed that?

Naaah. Besides why would HE have a SMART phone? I'm guessing he has a not so smart phone, but I honestly can't say whether that has internet capabilities or not.
