The fact that Scooter Davis is still training and winning at Mountaineer shows why this sport is in the toilet.

Ridiculous story. Now poor Scooter cant work to feed his family transporting horses? I am applauded, shame on West Virginia Racing folks.

The fact that they have actually taken steps to do something in WV is pretty amazing.

CharlesTown has actually been pretty proactive over the years. They have used the "banned" card more than most places.
