Default NYRA.com offline

I usually watch Andy Serling on Talking Horses on the NYRA.com website, and especially for Saratoga. I can't get to www.nyra.com from my office or home computers. Are they having a power outage at the track?

The signal was intermittent when watching on my PC, but when I switched to the iPhone it was fine.

Thanks. Probably a Verizon DNS problem. I have FiOS at home and at my office. I'm able to get to the site now. They usually keep the archive online until midnight, so I'll watch that.
