I have no idea what happened with Pereira there, and maybe he couldn't control his mount, but that was a mind boggling ride and middle move that killed any chance the 5 or 6 had. The 5 ran damn well there, that was gift wrapped for the 1.

This is a really bad field, Belvoir sending the out live and the horse really had no shot from the 12 hole after hopping last time out, taking a flyer on a bomb here.
