Isn't Henne back at MIchigan this year or am I crazy?? NDs defense will hold Henne to 10 points?? I must have descended on fantasy island.

Us hardcore Notre Dame fans are crazy. I know I'm crazy when it comes to Notre Dame football, I have been my entire life. Everyone I know thinks I get a little weird and crazy when it comes to ND football, or any ND sport for that matter. This is the sportsbar area, and I will continue to come on here and talk Notre Dame up as much as I want, cause isn't that what fans do?? Would sports really be that fun if we all got along????? It's called competition, **** talk, and if you can't handle it, you've probably never played a sport in your entire life.

I have been to the Big House two years ago when ND beat them 17-10, I was at Michigan State last year when ND cameback and beat them, and I have been to a lot of games at Notre Dame stadium, and no other place compares to that of the house that Rockne built.

Why grow out of it????? Their are plenty of things you can do involving sports out of highschool. I play indoor flag football in the winter, and I play mens softball at the beginning of summer through the fall. Next year we are also getting a city baseball team going which is always pretty big around here and a good time. I love to compete, and I probably always will. I've been on state championship football teams and a baseball team that made it all the way to the state semi-finals which is the farthest the school has ever had a baseball team go.

If Fighting Irish played tackle football in SEC, their program would rival Vanderbilt & Kentucky. In SEC East, ND would trail Florida, Georgia and Tennessee each year. In SEC West, LSU, Alabama and Auburn would each "clean their clock" every year.

i really don't have an issue one way or the other regarding notre dame. as for the fans, every team has fans that go way too far. but, i do think the sec is the premiere conference. all the teams have cupcakes on their schedule.
personally, i'm sick of hearing about boise st, and no way that ncaa '08 should have the cover photo that they have!! it should be the #1 draft pick....what was his name again?? lol

jamarcus russell!!! geaux tigers!

nd is dropping michigan and won't play Bama because that don't have open dates?. don't tell me how tough nd's schedule is. they are making it softer to hold on to that nbc tv contract. this program has become a first class joke !

To be fair, as much as I hate to addmit it partially UM's fault too. ND won't concede because they want USC and UM at home in different years too. It's only going to be a 2 yr hiatus and ND did replace UM with a home and home with Oklahoma. UM is working on a deal with Georgia...no doubt because of the recent success they have had recruiting the Peach State.

The problem with finding a year to resume the series is a bit more complicated because Michigan would like Notre Dame and Ohio State to play in Ann Arbor on opposite years to boost the home schedule.

I am also 100% sure that Notre Dame will beat Michigan at the Big House this year. It will be very similiar game to that ND Michigan game at the Big House two years ago. ND will not be a big passing team this year, and it looks like their QB will be Demetrius Jones, who is very mobile and fast. These are the type of QBs that give Michigan fits. ND will play solid defense, throw some short passes, and run the ball down Michigans throats.

ND 13
Michigan 10

BOOK IT!
Didnt you post (last year) how ND was going to DESTROY Georgia Tech ?

Must be football season allready for the ND fans to start talking smack !
