Default The Movie Dreamer

I think I saw somewhere that Dreamer is a true story, is it? If it is was Sonjador the real name of the horse? Also who is the nice trainer and who is the bad trainer? What prince helped with the Breeders'entry? Just how much of the story is true?

Thanks

I've never seen it, but it's very loosely based on the career of Mariah's Storm.

It's based on a future bc classic that's won by an Idaho bred that's trained by Jeff Mullins sans mullet and Burt Reynoldsesque moustache.

Shame is, that the Mariah's Storm story was great enough as it was.

I guess they had to take an outstanding story and make it unrealistically absurd
