Nice race by him!!!

Just lets not hope that Miller thinks he can run in the Derby. Better off running on TURF!!!!

Also before we all jump back on that Hard Spun bandwagon lets not forget the Deby is not run on Poly!!!

lol, he is 4-5 on normal dirt, so that argument really dosent work... today was a huge huge performance sat very close to a very fast pace and still drew away, not to long ago i made a thread for top 5 derby horses, and i put him in my top 5 and a few ppl were wondering why i still had him in my top 5, and today is why... he ran one bad race, everyone does, and now hes back and he looked strong today

Very impressive comeback race by Hard Spun though, looks like trainer may indeed be right that he simply hated Oaklawn...if for no other reason, I want to see him in the Derby so Mario finally gets a mount...Pino has beeen solid forever and he's the kind of jock I'll always root for!

Dont get me wrong he ran a great race!!! just like to see him do it on the dirt rather than poly and do it against better comp than a turf runner and a few poly horses

I loved HS's trainer cheerfully looking forward to taking on Street Sense and Great Hunter in the Blue Grass. Should be a good race.
